LongevitySloth provides longevity, wellness, and lifestyle guidance offered by Palak Kundu, MD. These Services do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or oncology care unless explicitly stated through a separate written physician–patient agreement.

Payments and Refunds
Payments are required at the time of booking. Refund policies are specified during checkout. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be subject to fees.
